A positive, creative, dedicated professional Talent Consultant with 15 years of experience from world-leading tech companies such as Google, Meta/Facebook, Twitter and DraftKings.
A wiser person than me once said: Hope is not a strategy! Over time I have become a true believer in that statement, so I take a transparent, scientific and data-driven approach to helping people.
I build bespoke, high-touch job strategies based on verified real-time market data and never opinions. I couple this with a thoughtful and empathetic approach to understanding what each person is going through to create a safe, friendly, fun vehicle to guide your journey.
We are not saving lives here at Tyson Consult, so I try not to take myself too seriously, but I take every person's journey with the utmost seriousness, care, respect and urgency. I strive to provide an outstanding and individual experience for every single person.

An innovative and meticulous creative professional, I've dedicated over 15 years to the arts and theatre production, fortified by a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from Stockholm University. Beyond the canvas and stage, my extensive experience spans content writing, data integrity analysis, customer service, and account management, endowing me with a well-rounded and multifaceted perspective.
At Tyson Consult, my role as a Creative Director blends my deep-rooted artistic sensibility with data-driven insights. My background in customer service and account management further allows me to understand and cater to client needs, ensuring each experiences a bespoke journey that underscores their unique essence.
Outside the corporate realm, my heart beats for animals. Through my art initiative, "Duchess of Dublin", I not only channel my love for animals but also actively support the welfare organizations dedicated to their protection.
